How to choose the best IELTS coaching class in Ahmedabad?

Once you have made up your mind to go abroad for further studies, the first question which will come to your mind is “from where I should take IELTS coaching?” It is quite confusing for students like you because you are not aware about IELTS coaching standards, most of the time students like you choose the coaching class on the basis of suggestion given by friends or your family which might be totally uncomfortable to you once you join.

You might ask, BUT WHY THERE IS A NEED TO CHOOSE?

Or

You might say, EVERY COACHING CLASS WILL BE TEACHING THE SAME so it doesn’t make any difference.

Or

You might say, I DON’T WANT TO APPLY MY MIND. I WILL ASK MY FRIENDS.

1. Reject all the IELTS classes which do not provide demo lesson 

You have all the rights to know about tutors of the coaching center. You can know your faculty better by asking for demo lesson. If you ask for demo, you will be able to know many things about the faculty who will be teaching you. You can ask following questions during the demo.

How many tutors are in the coaching center?
Who will teach if i join the class? ( In some classes demos are given by different teachers )
Time Table of the class ( Check how each sessions are arranged? )
Weekly tests, coaching material (Other than Cambridge Books), total essay & report writing correction, total mock tests.
How reading and writing will be conducted in the classroom?
Can i sit for extra practice or not?
What is the total duration of the course. Do you have to pay if i want to repeat the course?

2. Reject all the coaching centers which has class strength above 20 .

Why it is so??

There is nothing wrong in it BUT

It is proven that if the class strength is more than 20, whosoever is teaching will not be able to pay individual attention on you. Do not get fascinated by looking at the infrastructure and brand. One thing is sure that you need personal attention in IELTS exam which is not possible if you join the class which has more students. Even if the faculty is qualified and experienced, he or she will not be able to help you there because of so many students in the classroom.

3. Reject all the IELTS classes which are not ready to teach you grammar throughout the course:

If your grammar is weak you will never be able to get desired band score in IELTS. You need to keep on learning grammar concepts to improve your English. Your coaching class must provide grammar material and classes throughout the course. If they are not ready to do that do not join them.

4.  Never join the coaching class which pressurizes you to do visa process from them only:

You are free to process your visa file from the consultancy you like. Your coaching class cannot pressurize you to do visa process from them only. You need to choose visa consultancy which can provide you highly customized course and college selection according to your profile.

5.  Don’t select the IELTS class just because it is near to your home:

You need to struggle a bit if you want to achieve something valuable in life. Do not join nearby coaching class to avoid travelling. If you will do this you are compromising on the quality of the coaching class.

6. Reject all the IELTS coaching centers where faculties are not qualified:

Most of the time, your result depends on the faculty who will teach you. Many coaching classes do not have qualified and experienced faculties. If by mistake you join such classes it will be dangerous for you. You will waste your time and money.

7.  Be ready to change your class if you don’t get desired result:

Don’t worry if you do not get desired IELTS score from the coaching class you joined. It is OK if you have done this mistake. There are always better coaching classes in the market who will identify your weak areas and help you to get better IELTS score. Be ready to study IELTS from such places.
